What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and care
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Support Account Managers with order processing and customer follow-ups
  • Help communicate product features and benefits to new and existing clients
  • Send out marketing materials, promotions, and program info
  • Record all activity and opportunities in our CRM
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time

Additional Perks:

  • Tire industry experience is a bonus—but not required (we’ll train you!)

What We’re Looking For:
  • Ambitious and growth-oriented individuals

  • A team player who’s ready to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Tech savvy: Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field
